What makes the curation unique?
Durbar is not a festival—it is an intimate gathering. Every element is specially curated to reflect Rajasthan’s spirit of heritage, authenticity, and mindful luxury. From rare craft showcases to never-seen-before musical collaborations, each moment is designed to be immersive, meaningful, and one of a kind.
Who is the experience designed for?
Durbar is curated for an audience that values culture, heritage, and conscious living. It is ideal for guests seeking a slower, more meaningful experience rather than large-scale festivals.
How many people attend Durbar?
Durbar is designed to be an intimate experience with a limited number of guests to ensure exclusivity, comfort, and a sense of community.
Where is Durbar hosted?
The upcoming edition of Durbar is hosted at Abheygarh Palace, Khetri (Rajasthan), surrounded by heritage monuments and natural landscapes, including a leopard conservation park.
What is the dress code?
Durbar is a two-night retreat, and we encourage guests to dress in a way that reflects both comfort and elegance.
-
Daytime & Lunches: Light, elegant, and comfortable resort wear is ideal for the daytime experiences, heritage walks, and craft workshops. Think breathable fabrics with a refined touch.
-
Evenings & Curated Dinners: Guests typically dress up for the signature immersive dinners and evening performances. Formal evening wear or traditional attire inspired by Rajasthan adds beautifully to the setting.
Winter Essentials: As Durbar takes place in Rajasthan during the winter, we recommend carrying warm layers, shawls, or jackets to stay comfortable during outdoor events and late-night gatherings.
How do I book my package?
Packages will be available through our website and on in.bookmyshow.com. Once bookings open, you will be able to process your booking and complete the reservation online.
Are children allowed at Durbar?
Durbar is designed as an adult-focused experience. To preserve the intimate and immersive nature of the retreat, packages are restricted to guests above 18 years of age.
Is Durbar accessible for international guests?
Yes. We welcome guests from around the world. Assistance with travel, transfers, and curated extensions can be arranged through our concierge desk.
What is the cancellation policy?
All bookings for Durbar are confirmed on a non-refundable basis. Once purchased, packages cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Bookings are, however, transferable—should you be unable to attend, you may nominate another guest to take your place, subject to prior intimation and approval by the Durbar team.
We recommend securing your package only once your travel plans are firm, as availability is extremely limited and demand is high.
